Slug & Lettuce Chester
Town & City Pub Company, owners of Slug and Lettuce have announced that they will be trialling a new-look for the brand following the refurbishment of Slug and Lettuce in Chester.

The next site to trial the new-look will be Slug and Lettuce in Durham which will close at the end of August with a planned opening in September.
Nick Rockell, head of property at Town & City Pub Company said: "With the new-look Slug and Lettuce bars we are aiming to bring vibrancy into the bars whilst introducing some variety and giving the sites a modern touch."
Noticeable changes to the new era of Slug and Lettuce sites include a change in the external colour from the more traditional beige and brown to a deeper, richer aubergine with the logo of the brand encased in lozenge shaped signage.
New lighting systems, new colour schemes with different fabrics and materials along with new sound systems and furnishings are all part of the refresh.
Mary Willcock, managing director of Slug and Lettuce said: "We've just celebrated 25 years on the high street and we want to continue to be relevant to our customers and give them a memorable occasion every time they visit our bars."

We have carried out Slug & Lettuce refurbishments at Bristol, Bromsgrove, Cheltenham, Chester, Derby, Godalming, Lincoln, O2 Arena (Grenwich), Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Weymouth, Wimbledon, Worcester.
